An authentic Italian artisan gelato shop
Located in a quiet residential area of Fukuoka city, in our shop "Gelato Naturale" you will only find organic products made without additives, food colourings, preservatives, glucose or other artificial sweeteners commonly used in mass-produced ice cream.
Our Gelato Master learned the art of gelato-making in a popular shop in Rome, "Neve di Latte", and since the opening in 2017 every day we offer our unique creations and flavors so that everyone here in Japan too can enjoy a delicious traditional homemade gelato!

Selected ingredients
We do not compromise on the ingredients we use: they are carefully chosen in respect of human health, animals and the environment. We always try to meet in person the producers; we choose not to use thickeners, emulsifiers or GMOs and we use exclusively 100% organic fresh seasonal fruit and dried fruit.
Only quality products, for an authentic taste.
